Our self-service wash station is designed to make bath time stress-free and enjoyable for both you and your furry friend. Spend quality time bonding while ensuring they stay clean, happy, and healthy. For just £15 per session, you’ll get 45 minutes of access to our easy-to-use equipment, with guidance from our friendly team if you need any help. You’ll also have full use of our premium shampoos, towels, and dryers at no extra cost—everything you need to leave your pet looking and feeling their best. Our facility is perfect for pets of all shapes and sizes, providing a comfortable, convenient space to make bath time simple and mess-free. No more struggling in the tub at home—just a relaxed and enjoyable experience for both you and your pet. Please note: Each booking covers ONE PET per session. Failure to follow the booking guidelines could result in your session being canceled. We do not accept same-day bookings, so please plan accordingly! Because every pet deserves a little pampering—and every owner deserves a clean bathroom!
Self-service Pet Wash Policy
Welcome to Grampian Pet Services’ Self-Service Dog & Cat Wash! To ensure a safe, clean, and stress-free experience for all customers and pets, please follow these guidelines: General Rules- Bookings Only: The wash station must be booked online in advance—no walk-ins accepted. Supervision: Owners must supervise their dogs at all times. Leash Policy: Dogs/cats must remain on a lead or in a carrier unless secured in the wash station. Health & Safety- Do not use the facility if your dog/cat is unwell, has open wounds, or is in heat. Owners must inform staff of any health concerns before use. Dogs/cats displaying excessive distress or aggression may be asked to leave. Owners are responsible for their dog’s/cat's well-being, including any underlying health issues. Double-Coated & Shedding Dogs- Dogs with double coats or in seasonal shedding periods may require extra drying time. Owners must clean up excess fur using the provided bins and tools—do not wash loose fur down the drain. An extra cleaning fee may apply for excessive fur buildup (minimum of £50). Cleanliness & Equipment Use- Supplies Provided: Shampoo, conditioner, towels, and dryers are included. Personal products may be used if needed. Clean Up: Owners must leave the wash station clean for the next customer. Damage Fees: Misuse of equipment may result in a fee. Aggressive & Nervous Dogs- If your dog is reactive, aggressive, or highly nervous, inform staff before use. Owners must manage their dog’s/cat's behavior to ensure a safe environment. Grampian Pet Services reserves the right to refuse service if a dog's/cat's behavior is unsafe. Pricing & Payment- Cost: £15 per 45-minute session (one pet per booking). Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking online. Cancellations & Rescheduling- Cancellations & Rescheduling: Allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment. Liability- Grampian Pet Services is not responsible for injuries or incidents during use. Owners assume full responsibility for their pets' safety and behavior. Need Assistance?
